I am available for online or face to face coaching. PT sessions are conducted at:

Titan Fitness Centre Kensington (115 Anzac Parade Kensington). Please note that a discounted casual visit fee of $15 (normally $20) is available for all Fitrose clients.

Outdoor training sessions can also be arranged at a rate of $200. E-mail me to schedule your session.

Please note posing sessions are $125 per hour and tight clothing or bikini must be worn as well as heels.
