2008 Training Packages

I am available for online or face to face coaching. As of August 2008 I will be training clients at:

Titan Fitness Centres Rockdale & Kensington (629 Princess Highway Rockdale) & (115 Anzac Parade Kensington). Please note that a discounted casual visit fee of $10 (normally $20) is available for all Fitrose clients.

Outdoor training sessions can also be arranged. E-mail me to schedule your session.

Please note posing sessions are $120 per hour and tight clothing or bikini must be worn as well as heels.
