14/01 I am simply over whelemed by the amount of e-mails I have received in relation to my brother Andres who was injured in the blaze at Vaucluse two weeks ago. I am happy to advise that he is now at home resting and healing. Although it will be a slow process and perhaps several months before he can commence any type of light duties, I am just happy I still have my brother. As I have mentioned before, life is too short and we must cherish every moment we have with our friends and loved ones. Thank you again. You are all so special to me.

24/12 Well for those of you not connected with me on FB, I am currently in Los Angeles!!! Tonight is my last night in LA before I head to New York for Christmas. Had the most enjoyable day today. Started off with a training session at the UFC Gym near Redondo Beach which has only just opened. Best Gym in the world and the atmosphere was like no other. Just loved it. Then spent the entire afternoon shopping at South Bay Galleria. I am completely shattered this evening so an early night on the cards for me. Boxing day will be off the charts so I need plenty of rest before I hit South Coast Plaza for a final round of shopping. Merry Christmas peeps & love to all of you. Can't believe 2011 is almost gone.......I am so pumped for 2012 and my largest team ever (36 Ladies) who will hit the stage as early as May. I am truly blessed to have reached the top in the world with this sport and honoured that my girls have chosen me to help them pursue their dreams. Merry Christmas everyone & bring on 2012!!! x

17/12 23 weeks pregnant with baby #3. My first public pic. I'll be shooting professionally at 8 months and I look forward to sharing my journey with you. This is one of the happiest times of my life. I feel blessed and truly loved. We are all excited to meet our little Angel...
