Born in Paddington Sydney, September 19, Rose completed her H.S.C. at Kincoppal Rose Bay. She was very athletic growing up and played many sports including netball, tennis & field hockey.

Along with sports Rose loved to dance. She had her first dance lesson at the age of three and over the years performed at lots of eisteddfods, functions, television shows and concerts. She studied contemporary jazz, ballet, tap, character and flamenco, however, became extremely passionate about flamenco, the traditional dance from Spain and this brought her closer to her culture and background. Her parents were born in Spain and immigrated to Australia in 1961.

This led Rose to establish an exclusive Flamenco Dance School (Spanish Rose Dance Studio) at the age of 16 . Her students ranged from children as young as 2yrs through to adults. She also began teaching Aerobics at various Health Clubs and schools as had become a certified Fitness Trainer and Aerobics Instructor.

Shortly after, Rose was introduced to competitive aerobics and competed at State and National level. She won the NSW state title and was runner up in the Nationals.

In 1995 she was selected to be a part of popular TV show Aerobics Ozstyle and worked as a Fitness Presenter for Channel 10 Australia which led to further assignments and opportunities. Over the past 10 years she has appeared in numerous commercials and films and has established herself as Australia's favorite Fitness Presenter. Rose can be seen daily on Foxtel & Channel 9 promoting Fitness & Beauty products.

It wasn't until April 2003 after the birth of her two boys Dylan and Jaime, that Rose began training seriously with weights. She was so impressed with the changes weight training had made to her physique and in October 2003, decided to enter her first figure show. She took top honors and has since been crowned Miss Australia 3 times.

In 2006, she competed in her first ever International show and placed 4th at the IFBB World Women's Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships in Santa Susana Spain.

Turning Pro in 2007 she became a very active entrant, competing in 20 Pro Shows within the first three years. In this time Rose placed 6th in the Tournament of Champions California, 5th in the California Pro Championships, 2nd in the New Zealand Pro Figure Championships and 3rd in the Phoenix Pro Figure Championships Arizona, which in turn qualified her for the Olympia. She is to date the ONLY female from the South Pacific ever to qualify for the Figure Olympia on US soil. She is also the first female from Australia in the history of the Arnold Classic event to compete in the PRO Figure division, the most prestigious event for a competitor.

Rose resides in Sydney Australia and has committed herself to the health and fitness industry promoting the sport worldwide. She is Australasia's most sought after Fitness and Cover Model, appearing in over 200 publications world wide including 15 International Front Covers and is frequently on television promoting fitness and beauty products.

Rose placed 3rd in Phoenix qualifying her for the 2010 Figure Olympia in Las Vegas. She made history in 2010, being the first Australasian female ever to grace the Arnold & Figure Olympia stage and has been named 'Australia's most successful exponent of the sport of all time' by The Sydney Morning Herald.
