01/09 Happy September everyone. It's my birthday this month too, the week of the Olympia, so looks like celebrations are in order after the show. I've heard Vegas is crazy! Prep is going super and I am feeling great. Very excited to have qualified for this years Olympia and even more so being the first Aussie female to do so. My girls are also looking amazing for their up and coming shows. They have been following my strict guidelines and using my training principals and the results are just beautiful.

I am now officially on myspace, twitter & facebook, so please log on and follow my movements all the way through to Olympia. Twitter is still under construction and you can also expect a brand new myspace too - coming soon!

27/08 BIG changes happening here at fitrose.com and all will be revealed very very soon. I am extremely excited and simply cannot wait to tell. Can you sense I have a huge smile on my face :))))))))))

22/08 What an amazing fun filled weekend I had with GMV Productions filming for my up and coming DVD. Workouts, family life, food prep - everything! It was an absolute pleasure working with GMV and look forward to more filming prior to and back stage at this years Figure Olympia.

The Fitrose Fitness & Figure workshop also took place yesterday at City Gym Sydney. Each lady received an exclusive elite competition prep manual put together by me and a goodie bag courtesy of Australian Sports Nutrition. There were several giveaways too such as a City Gym membership, $500 worth of clothing from Duetto Brazil, and of course supplements from Australian Sports Nutrition. It was an absolute honor to teach a group of gorgeous woman that share the same passion, who traveled from all over Australia and even New Zealand!. To top it all off, a few of us had a beautiful dinner down at Hurricanes Bondi Beach. Thank you so much to Tony who looked after us. Lot's of fun and can't wait until the next one.
